ASSEMBLY FEATURES

• No visible seams
• Insulated

The Knotty Pine Cottage is a 4 Season 12’, 16’, 20’ or 24’ wide engineered Cottage with no visible seams when the cottage is complete. Wall panels have insulation installed in each panel. Headers and rough openings for doors and windows are installed in the panels where needed for quick and easy installation. Exterior panel seams will be hidden when you attach our select kiln dried, tongue & groove, end matched log siding (graded for appearance and structure). Adding this to the outside of the wall panels gives a great log appearance at an affordable price! This versatile kit allows for log siding to be deducted and other sidings or maintenance free sidings to be added. You also create a clean smooth finish on the interior (no exposed seams showing the panelized construction of the cottage walls) when fastening our ¾” tongue & groove, end match paneling on the inside of the panels.

The 4’ wide roof panels have knotty pine paneling assembled directly into the panels with insulation and soffit vent also pre-installed to save time and money. A small crane or extended boom fork lift will be needed for assembly of ridge beam, gables and roof panels
